From the CEO: Recognizing those who dedicate so much time to GGHI
February 2016 - This month, Greater Grays Harbor, Inc. (GGHI) would like to recognize the contributions of two individuals who have devoted numerous hours toward serving the needs of the business community and Grays Harbor. Georgia Bravos has served as a volunteer GGHI Ambassador for five years, with the past four years in a leadership capacity. As her term as Co-Chair of the Ambassadors draws to a close this month, GGHI would like to thank her for her countless hours, commitment, and dedication to the Grays Harbor business community.
Additionally, our current Board Chair, Donna Rosi, will be finishing her term in February and will be replaced by our incoming Chair, Dave Ward, General Manager of the Grays Harbor PUD. GGHI would like to extend our thanks and appreciation for her efforts and support over the past year. Thanks to Donna’s guidance and leadership, GGHI has made many great strides as an organization and her contributions have been greatly appreciated.
If you are interested in serving your community as a volunteer Ambassador for Greater Grays Harbor, please contact Angie Hoseney, Membership Coordinator, within our office to learn more about this opportunity. Ambassadors assist with Ribbon Cuttings for new businesses, help plan events and activities, and are involved in numerous business networking opportunities throughout the Harbor. If you are looking for a great way to meet new people, interact with numerous businesses, and promote your community, then plan on attending one of our monthly GGHI Ambassador meetings to learn more about this exciting program.
