Mill 109 named October Business of the Month
November 2017 - Mill 109 was the first restaurant in the ever-growing Seabrook community in Pacific Beach. Owner Rob Paylor sought to create a family-friendly restaurant that provided a cozy atmosphere one would expect to find in a traditional beach town.
“We offer tried and true staples of Northwest coastal cuisine,” said Rob, “as well as contemporary family fare which makes you think Pacific Northwest meets homespun comfort.”
In their short five years in operation, Mill 109 has supported many local non-profit organizations such as United Way, Relay for Life, Lantern Lunch Program and many others, including mentoring a student in the Aberdeen High School culinary program. Rob has also helped in the revitalization efforts of downtown Hoquiam with his recent opening of the Hoquiam Brewing Company.
When asked about what leadership means to him Rob Paylor stated, “I believe that it means respect, honesty and integrity, as well as growing together in the same direction.”
Mill 109 offers breakfast, lunch and dinner every day of the week. Other services include catering, kid’s menus, boxed lunch specials (to go), and hosted events. To learn more about Mill 109, visit their website at www.mill109.com.
