Greater Grays Harbor, Inc. is very excited to welcome Ellie Winkelman to the team as a Member Services Support Intern!
“My name is Ellie Winkelman. I have lived in Hoquiam since I was born and am currently a senior at Hoquiam High School. I am the captain of my school’s varsity soccer and cheerleading teams, the Associated Student Body Executive Board Secretary, a Yearbook Editor, and a member of Grizzly Prevention Squad.
After graduating from high school I will attend Green River College to further my education while playing on their women’s soccer team. I then plan to transfer to a university to achieve my master’s degree in education and become an elementary school teacher. My hobbies include organizing and participating in environmental clean-ups, staying active, and supporting my friends and sisters in their extracurriculars.
At Greater Grays Harbor, Inc., I am a Member Services Support Intern where I work to support members in accessing their benefits and getting the full value out of their membership. Members can expect to hear from me to update their profiles and access features of the organization they might not know about. What I enjoy most about my internship is working with the staff at Greater Grays Harbor Inc. and learning about businesses in Grays Harbor.”
