Greater Grays Harbor, Inc. (GGHI) is excited to announce that applications are now being accepted for the 2026 Leadership Grays Harbor (LGH) program. In today’s constantly changing and increasingly competitive world, the vital role of leadership is more important than it has ever been. Each year, GGHI puts on Leadership Grays Harbor, a civic and professional development program based on key leadership principles.
This pivotal program works to connect people from different industries and backgrounds to grow as leaders, while learning about the Grays Harbor community. The curriculum is experience-based and explores issues affecting our community through meetings and discussions with established leaders, site visits, individual projects, and other activities.
The 2026 program will include courses on ‘Inspiring a Shared Vision’, ‘Leaders Modeling the Way’, and ‘Leaders Challenging the Process’, among other topics. There will also be site visits to the Grays Harbor PUD, Summit Pacific Wellness Center, and McCausland Hall in Westport with presentations from the Port of Grays Harbor. Once the program concludes, the LGH graduation will be held during a GGHI Business Forum Lunch on April 21st.
LGH has produced over 500 graduates since its inception in 1995 from local business, non-profit, and government backgrounds and is known as the premier local program to grow both as a professional and community leader. The program serves as both a personal and professional leadership development program for those that live and work in Grays Harbor County. During the 2025 program, 20 business leaders graduated from the course and were celebrated for their efforts with a graduation ceremony in April.
LGH participation is capped at 20 participants. Completed applications and acknowledgement or risk documents must be received by GGHI by no later than January 12th, 2026. For more information visit graysharbor.org/programs/leadership-grays-harbor/or email info@graysharbor.org.
