Rachele Turnbull, CEO and Founder of Clark Construction, is redefining leadership in the construction industry through collaboration, vision, and empowerment. A graduate of Oregon State University with a degree in construction engineering (1996), Rachele began her career in the commercial sector before relocating to Bainbridge Island to be closer to family.
Founded in 2006, Clark Construction began as a family endeavor and has since evolved into a collective of entrepreneurial builders who share the same values. Under Rachele's leadership, the company emphasizes teamwork, creativity, and individual initiative. Rather than dictating direction from the top, she encourages employees to pursue projects they're passionate about, fostering a culture where everyone has a voice and a stake in the company's success.
Beyond building projects, Clark is dedicated to strengthening the communities it serves.
