Susan Ancich, owner of West Coast Public Adjusters, LLC is a licensed Public Adjuster for the State of Washington and is trained and experienced in preparing, presenting, and negotiating insurance claims. Based in Montesano, this local company takes pride in serving the community with trusted assistance and accurate and timely valuations.
“I am an advocate for the homeowner in an insurance claim and help them understand their policy and take care of all the duties including emails, phone calls and meetings. I usually am able to get them more than the offer from the insurance company and make sure the work is done correctly.
I grew up in Grays Harbor County and raised my family here. I try to use all local vendors in town and care about my community. My family suffered a total loss house fire, and I know and understand first hand the necessary things to do and the trauma that ensues for you and your family.
In November of 2020 I started online classes and had to take five courses to obtain my degree in insurance claims. After that, I was required to pass a state test and become licensed and bonded. My business license came in December 2021, I received my first claim December 30th, and was up and running. Additionally, I have attended two large conferences and took a class this last December. I enjoy that I am always learning something new.”
