Greater Grays Harbor, Inc. Announces the Second Business of the Quarter Recipient for 2019

Each quarter, Greater Grays Harbor, Inc. (GGHI) chooses one deserving business or organization in Grays Harbor to be awarded with Business of the Quarter. For Q2, GGHI awarded Ocean Spray Cranberries with the coveted honor. On Tuesday, July 16, the GGHI staff, Ambassador Team and community members presented the business with their award at their office located at 1480 WA-105 in Aberdeen.

In operation in Grays Harbor for roughly 80 years, Ocean Spray is one of the largest employers in the South Beach area. Throughout the years, Ocean Spray has donated their time and funds to local schools, American Red Cross, YMCA of Grays Harbor, and Habitat for Humanity, to name a few. Many of their employees are also involved with community and service organizations such as the Elks, VFW, Toastmasters, as well as the Moose Lodge. This widely successful company continues to grow and has expanded their cranberry family to now include over 700 grower families across North and South America.

Ocean Spray is a longtime member of GGHI and has shown their support for the organization for over 15 years. With so much history and partnership over the years, GGHI is thrilled to recognize their many achievements in the County.

“Congratulations to Ocean Spray Cranberries,” states Dru Garson, GGHI CEO. “We are happy to have honored them with Business of the Quarter and wish them many years of continued success.”
