2026 Leader's Banquet Table Decoration Inspiration & Rules

Gather some inspiration for your business or organization’s 2026 Greater Grays Harbor, Inc. Leader’s Banquet table decorations! The signature Table Decorating Contest is one of the most exciting aspects of this annual event celebrating business success in Grays Harbor County. All photos are from past Banquets that were sponsored by local businesses and organizations in the community.

For Table Sponsors, when planning your table decor, we encourage you to incorporate dark blues, teal, gold and silver, twinkling lights, or other starry night elements in line with the theme, or you’re welcome to come up an entirely different design that fits your business or organization. Use your imagination and have fun with it!

Table Decorating Rules from QBRC:

NOT ALLOWED:
- Glitter
- Confetti
- Real flame candles
- Sand unless it is contained
- Outside alcohol (Guests are welcome to purchases bottles of wine from the no-host QBRC bar for their tables)
- Tripping hazards i.e. extension cords or other items on the floor
