Leaders Circle Member, Satsop Business Park, Welcomes in Elma’s Tacos
Have you been looking for a quick and affordable option for lunch?
Elma’s Taco, the business park’s first taco truck, is now open on Tower Boulevard! “Our family is excited to offer authentic Mexican food to the area,” noted Alexandra Lezama. Alexandra and her mother, Gema Arredondo own and operate the business along with Gema’s husband Jorge.
Looking at the menu you will be able to choose between several authentic favorites including tacos, burritos, tortas, and quesadillas. The breakfast menu includes your choice of breakfast burrito. “Our goal was to create a menu with quality options to serve to our customers,” commented Alexandra.
This latest food truck is the first taco truck to locate at the business park. It’s an example of the growing workforce and demand for easily accessible dining options in the area. “We are so excited to welcome Elma’s Taco to the business park, and we hope that others will come up on the hill to enjoy what they have to offer as well,” expressed Manager of Business Development Alissa Shay.
