Located in Copalis Crossing, Yon and Yonder Studio offers a wide range of creative marketing services, including graphic design, website design, and animated video production. As the business continues to grow, they are expanding into videography and live-action video production, bringing even more dynamic storytelling options to their clients. Originally founded in Portland, Oregon, the studio relocated to Grays Harbor in 2018, drawn by the area’s rural charm and natural beauty.

What sets Yon and Yonder Studio apart is their unique approach to marketing. Combining strong design expertise with powerful storytelling, they describe themselves as “clarity engineers,” focused on solving complex marketing challenges and helping clients make the most of their marketing investments. Their goal is to simplify the process while delivering impactful, strategic results across a variety of industries.

Owner Christina Mayes brings both creativity and experience to the business. A graduate of the Minneapolis College of Art and Design with a degree in Animation and Comic Art, she began her career working briefly for Activision before pursuing freelance work in 2009. She officially launched Yon and Yonder Studio in November 2010 and has since built a client base that spans across the country alongside her husband, Ryan Mayes.

While the studio serves clients in industries such as education, technology, healthcare, and nonprofits, Christina is especially passionate about supporting small businesses in the local community. By intentionally keeping the business small, Yon and Yonder Studio feel it helps them to best serve their clients with really individualized attention.
