“There & Back Logistics wasn’t founded to make a fast buck. We didn’t start it as a ‘get rich quick’ idea or as a way to create an ‘easy work-at-home opportunity’. There & Back Logistics was created because our founder, Craig Smith, worked as a dispatcher, load coordinator, and jack-of-all trades for a local trucking company and found it to be one of the worst jobs he’d ever experienced.
It wasn’t a bad job because of the hours, or the company drivers; it was a terrible job because the company cared more about their bottom line than they did about their drivers and that meant Craig was constantly forced to put dollar signs ahead of his drivers’ needs.
We started There & Back Logistics with one goal in mind – to make drivers money. That’s why we have a flat fee for our standard dispatching services. Our goal is to get you home when you want, keep your truck full every possible mile, and at the end of the week to have helped you earn one of the best paychecks you’ve ever seen. We encourage new clients after six weeks to look back over their average pay because we are confident that they will be pleasantly surprised with the rates and pay they’ve received.
