Greater Grays Harbor, Inc. is Pleased to Welcome on Board New Member, Resource Strategies!

Local Grays Harbor business, Resource Strategies works with nonprofit and social enterprise leaders who are frustrated trying to go in new directions. They help leaders and teams unlock collective intelligence so they can get on the same page, communicate, and create a future vision.

Owner, Sheila Siden’s services center around strategic team building and leadership development. A few of her most popular services are executive coaching, board retreats, and group facilitation. Sheila is on a mission to discover Grays Harbor’s culture sector landscape. Her key roles in national and WA State cohort programs support arts, artists, and culture so naturally, Sheila wants to make big-picture sense of the Grays Harbor culture sector.

In the business of philanthropy for over twenty years, Sheila’s leadership expertise is in fundraising, board development, and engaging volunteers. Her MBA and continued studies are foundational to non-profit and for-profit business sustainability.

In the culture sector, “Disconnects prevent progress and momentum. Board, staff, and stakeholders might align around a mission, but they may each have different ideas about the work, the vision, and ways of contributing,” says Sheila. Sheila’s overall goal is to be the go-to facilitator and strategist for team building in Grays Harbor through Zoom, in-person, and hybrid experiences.
