Tropical Tanning Salon Awarded with Final 2019 Business of the Quarter
Each quarter, Greater Grays Harbor Inc. (GGHI) honors a business or organization that stands out for being leaders in the community. The GGHI Ambassador Team was on hand Wednesday, January 22nd to present Tropical Tanning Salon with Business of the Quarter for Q4 of 2019.
The friendly staff at Tropical Tanning Salon have been serving customers for nearly nine years. At the salon, the sun is always shining where custom packages can be created to accommodate each individual’s tanning needs.
Throughout Tropical Tanning Salon’s years of success, they have taken the time to give back to the community both in time and dollars. A few of the organizations and nonprofits that they support include: United Way, American Cancer Society, YMCA of Grays Harbor, Homeless Teen Back Packs, local food
and clothing banks and many others. The staff also gladly supports local fundraisers including one for a young girl fighting cancer.
Being a part of GGHI is important for the staff members at Tropical Tanning Salon. “It gives us the opportunity to come together with other small businesses to help each other through various challenges,” states owner, Lin Messerer. This Hoquiam business has also stepped up to personally mentor small home businesses in the area and graciously offer their guidance.
