Greater Grays Harbor, Inc. (GGHI) is seeking a contractor to assist in the administration of grants related to the COVID-19 pandemic economic recovery. The ideal candidate has experience in business or office administration, possesses a strong attention to detail, polished writing skills and the utmost discretion.

POSITION TITLE:

Grants Management Specialist

PURPOSE OF POSITION:

Greater Grays Harbor, Inc, (GGHI) is actively seeking a Grants Management Specialist to support our administration of business relief grants. The Grants Management Specialist will provide support for all phases of the grant management lifecycle including planning, requirements definition, communications, evaluation, award, post award management, grant award closeout, and administrative support. This position is eligible for remote work but does require traditional workday responsiveness and availability for periodic in office visits.

COMPENSATION:

$16-$18/per hour DOE

Contract is estimated to last until April 1, 2021 for an estimated seven (7) weeks of work ranging from 20-30 hrs./week. The launch and reconciliation of the grant cycle are the most time intensive.

The contract is eligible for expansion and/or renewal if GGHI continues to administrate business relief grants and/or funding for technical (business assistance).

Contractor will track and bill worked hours monthly.

BENEFITS:

This is a contracted position. No benefits are included.

LOCATION:

Office is in Aberdeen, WA. Some in-office visits will be necessary.

TIMELINE:
