Based in McCleary, Build IT Systems LLC (BITS) is helping Washington small businesses make technology work better for them. Founded in July 2026 by Nathan King, BITS provides practical IT support, technology management, automation, and custom software solutions designed around the unique needs of each business.

From managing Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and Zoho platforms to setting up identity management and single sign-on, BITS helps businesses simplify their technology and keep their systems connected. Additional services include managed IT support, application integrations, workflow automation, and custom software development.

Personalized Technology Support for Small Businesses

What makes BITS different is its personal approach. Rather than working through a ticket queue or being passed between departments, clients have a direct line to Nathan, the founder and engineer behind the business. Every new engagement begins with a complimentary 30-minute introductory call to learn about the business, its technology needs, and opportunities for improvement.

BITS is also a veteran-owned business. Nathan served in the U.S. Marine Corps from 2019 to 2024 as a communications electronics technician. Following his military service, he launched BITS with a goal of bringing the kind of technology and security support typically available to larger organizations within reach of small businesses.

“I started BITS to give local businesses the kind of IT and security support that is usually reserved for larger companies, at a scale and price that fits a small business,” Nathan shares.

Looking ahead, Nathan hopes to become a trusted technology partner for small businesses throughout Grays Harbor County and across Washington. He also plans to continue expanding BITS’ tiered Care Plans, automation services, and custom software solutions to help businesses work more efficiently and confidently.
