Greater Grays Harbor, Inc. (GGHI) Annual Event Descriptions 

  • GGHI Signature Event – Legislative Send-Off: January 
  • The Legislative Send-Off is one of GGHI’s most well-attended events as it gives the Grays Harbor community a unique opportunity to hear from the 19th and 24th District Legislators. State Legislators share their perspectives on current issues, present their goals for the upcoming session, and answer questions from the audience. 
  • GGHI Signature Event – Lunch with the Mayors: March 
  • This event follows the same format as our Legislative Send-Off featuring the mayors from Grays Harbor city. Each mayor provides updates from their respective community as well as discusses their upcoming priorities for the year, followed by Q&A from the audience. 
  • GGHI Signature Event – State of Grays Harbor: June 
  • The Grays Harbor Economic Vitality Index – a report showing trending data and highlights of key economic sectors and activity within Grays Harbor County – is unveiled and provided to attendees. Guest speakers also take the stage providing valuable insight into local industry and relevant sectors across the state. 
  • Leader’s Banquet & Business Recognition Awards: May 
  • The Leader’s Banquet is our annual opportunity to celebrate business excellence in Grays Harbor by unveiling our yearly membership appreciation awards! Join us for this wonderful evening at Quinault Beach Resort & Casino for a delicious catered dinner, live auction, opportunities to support the GGHI Foundation supporting local high school students and much more excitement during our largest event of the year. 
  • Showcase Grays Harbor: September 
  • Showcase Grays Harbor features a different region of the county each year. This one-of-a-kind tour highlights economic development projects and successes in Grays Harbor. Learn about these businesses and projects via a private bus tour while networking with fellow business leaders and public officials from around the county. 
  • Business Forum Lunches: (February, April, May, July, September, and October) 
  • These monthly luncheons highlight important topics and feature a wide variety of speakers from Grays Harbor and around the state. Previous event topics have included: The GGHI Annual Membership Meeting, Legislative Wrap-Up, State of Tourism, Real Estate Forum, Candidate Forum, and Health in the Harbor. 
  • Leadership Grays Harbor: (Begins Q1 Each Year) 
  • Leadership Grays Harbor (LGH) is a civic and professional development program based on key leadership principles. It works to connect people from different industries and backgrounds to grow as leaders, while learning about the Grays Harbor community. LGH has produced over 500 graduates since its inception in 1995 from local business, non-profit, and government backgrounds. LGH is the premier local program to grow as a professional and community leader. A graduation ceremony is planned as part of a Business Forum Lunch after the conclusion of the program celebrating the accomplishments and growth of each participant.

  • Ability to bring pop up banners and/or other promotional materials and place near check-in or place settings. 
  • Business recognized from the podium as a sponsor. 

Presenting Sponsor | $1,500 (1 per event-Legislative Send-Off and Lunch with the Mayors. 1 available for State of GH) 

  • Welcome attendees with a brief (up to 3-5 minutes) presentation on your company. 
  • Sponsor name/logo on marketing associated with event. 
  • Four complimentary registrations. 
  • Ability to place promotional materials and place near check in or place settings. 
  • Business recognized from the podium as a sponsor. 

Lunch Sponsor | $500 (1 per event-Legislative Send-Off, Lunch with the Mayors, State of GH is SOLD) 

  • Sponsor name/logo on lunch table signage. 
  • Sponsor name/logo on marketing associated with event. 
  • Two complimentary registrations. 
  • Business recognized from the podium as a sponsor. 

Supporting Sponsor | $200 (Unlimited per event-Legislative Send-Off, Lunch with the Mayors, State of GH)

Leader’s Banquet & Business Recognition Awards 

Welcome Sponsor | $3,500 (SOLD) 

  • Ability to welcome the audience with a 5-minute sponsor spotlight at the top of the event. 
  • Opportunity to place a pop-up banner on or near event stage. 
  • Full table (8 seats) and the ability to decorate your table on theme to win “Best Table” Recognition. 
  • Recognition in marketing associated with events to include print, digital, and social media. 

Dinner Sponsor | $3,000 (SOLD) 

  • Full table (8 seats) and the ability to decorate your table on theme to win “Best Table” Recognition. 
  • Business recognition before and during the banquet and logo on holding slides during the dinner hour. 
  • Recognition in marketing associated with event to include print, digital and social. 

Cheers Sponsor | $2,000 (1 available) 

  • Name and help create the “signature cocktail!” (GGHI has final approval of name and ingredients). 
  • Ability to set up pop-up banner or signage near event bar location. 
  • Provide branded cocktail napkins or relevant swag if desired. 
  • Branded items must be received by GGHI no later than two weeks prior to the event. 
  • Six (6) seats and the ability to decorate your table on theme to win “Best Table” Recognition. 
  • Recognition in marketing associated with event to include print, digital and social.

  • Recognition in all marketing associated with event to include print, digital and social. 
  • One (1) complimentary seat. 
  • The company name and logo will appear in the program. 
  • Approved logo must be to GGHI no later than two weeks prior to the event.

  • Half price tuition for one student to attend Leadership Grays Harbor in current year
