Apex Permitting and Consulting is a full-service permit expeditor and land use consultancy based in Raymond, WA. Their offerings include site plan drawings, start-to-finish permitting services, property management plans, feasibility studies, and much more. They also offer a range of consultant services for local governments, such as code revisions, comprehensive plan updates, shoreline master plan updates, and short-range planning services (processing applications, variances, conditional use permits, etc.).
Apex Permitting was founded in the Pacific County and Grays Harbor area, so they understand the area’s ever-evolving economic and regulatory climate and are invested in providing helpful services to the community that we are a part of.
After finishing college, business owner, Will Hamlin began his career working in local Planning and Building Departments. Working with small jurisdictions, it’s important to wear many hats and are required to do a wide variety of tasks. During this time it became clear that regulation changes, permitting processes, and land use requirements are becoming more and more complex and complicated. Apex was founded on wanting to help people navigate these processes as stress-free as possible while helping them achieve their goals.
