A lot of growth has happened since Advanced Heating & Air first started their business in 2004, but as a family run business one thing remains the same, priding themselves on loyalty and craftsmanship. With a motto of, “If you’re not happy…we’re not happy,” customers can feel confident that they are the #1 priority. This local business services and maintains all kinds of HVAC brands and specializes in Trane & Mitsubishi systems. GGHI is honored to have Advanced Heating & Air be a member of our organization for over 15 years!
In the last year alone Advanced Heating & Air has supported United Way of Grays Harbor, Food Ball, youth sports, Relay for Life, PAWS, and Hoquiam Loggers Playday. They also fully support the Grays Harbor PUD’s low-income ductless heat pump program. These contributions assist with the district’s CETA compliance, while at the same time assisting low-income customers reduce their energy burden.
Advanced Heating and Air’s favorite part of doing business in Grays Harbor is the small town feel and word of mouth (if you do a great job people talk…if you do a bad job people talk even more.) That’s why they thrive to have 100% customer service and craftsmanship satisfaction.
