GGHI Welcomes New Member, Coastal Collective Real Estate!

Greater Grays Harbor, Inc. (GGHI) is excited to welcome one of its newest members, Coastal Collective Real Estate, a locally owned real estate brokerage serving the Pacific Beach and surrounding coastal communities. This summer, GGHI celebrated the business with a ribbon cutting, officially welcoming Coastal Collective Real Estate to the Grays Harbor business community.

Located in Pacific Beach, Coastal Collective Real Estate offers residential real estate buying and listing services, as well as long-term property management. While the company may be new to the Grays Harbor, its team brings years of experience in the real estate industry and a strong connection to the communities they serve.

What makes Coastal Collective especially unique is that it is a small, local, women-owned and operated business, and the three women behind it are sisters! For the sisters, creating Coastal Collective Real Estate was about more than starting another brokerage. It was an opportunity to build a business around the values they believe matter most when helping people make some of life's biggest decisions.

"We did not set out to build just another real estate brokerage, we set out to create something distinctly more intentional," the Coastal Collective team shared.

After years of experience working within a traditional real estate system, the sisters saw an opportunity to create something that better reflected their values and what they felt clients truly needed: knowledgeable guidance, transparent and genuine communication, and personalized care that extends beyond the transaction.

That vision became Coastal Collective.

The brokerage was built not only by business partners, but by family; three sisters who understand the significance and emotion that can come with buying, selling, or moving into a new home. Their goal is to create an experience where relationships come first, communication is genuine, and every detail is handled with intention.

One area that is particularly important to the Coastal Collective team is helping make homeownership feel more approachable for first-time buyers, especially individuals and families who have spent generations renting. "We have a passion and desire to make home ownership less intimidating for first time homebuyers, especially those who have been generational renters," the sisters shared.

Beyond serving their clients, the team is deeply connected to the coastal communities where they live and work. That local connection is reflected in the way they approach their business and the relationships they build throughout the community."This is more than where we work; it's who we are," the team said.
