Greater Grays Harbor, Inc. Welcomes New Member, Grays Harbor IT Solutions!

Greater Grays Harbor, Inc. (GGHI) is excited to officially welcome new member, Grays Harbor IT Solutions to the Harbor!

Based in Aberdeen, Grays Harbor IT Solutions is a locally owned IT services and managed technology company that officially opened its doors in early 2026. Serving small businesses throughout Grays Harbor County, the company offers a wide range of technology services, including computer repair, networking, managed IT support, cloud setup, and business technology consulting.

Founded by Paul Dubé and Cody Mercure, Grays Harbor IT Solutions was created in response to a gap in the local market for reliable, accessible IT services. Recognizing the need for dependable technology support close to home, the two set out to provide local businesses with expert solutions and personalized service they can count on.

Together, Paul and Cody bring a diverse range of experience to the business. Paul has a background in enterprise cloud infrastructure and business technology consulting, including experience working alongside major Microsoft and AWS partners. Cody contributes hands-on networking expertise and a strong focus on end-user support.

“We’re a two-person, locally owned operation, but we bring a depth of experience you’d normally only find at a much bigger firm,” explained co-founders Paul and Cody. “Between us, we cover enterprise cloud and systems work alongside hands-on networking and end-user support. The goal is to give local businesses the kind of IT partnership that bigger companies take for granted, without the big price tag or the feeling that you’re just a ticket in a queue.”

Through their combination of technical expertise and personalized, local service, Grays Harbor IT Solutions aims to help businesses throughout the county navigate their technology needs with confidence.
