The Annual Professional Development Program is Organized and Facilitated by Greater Grays Harbor and Grays Harbor College
Have you been searching for a professional development course that can help you become a strong and effective leader both in your personal life and in your profession? Leadership Grays Harbor, a civic, professional development program, works to connect people from various industries and backgrounds to grow as leaders while learning more about the Grays Harbor community.
Since 2016, Greater Grays Harbor, Inc. (GGHI) has partnered with Grays Harbor College to administer and facilitate this leadership program. The curriculum is experience-based and explores issues affecting our community through meetings and discussions with established leaders, site visits, individual projects and other activities.
This program helps attendees develop their personal leadership skills in an intensive six month program. Meetings will take place on the third Thursday of each month from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., with the first meeting taking place on January 16th, 2020. Classes will conclude on June 18th, 2020.
Participants graduate with knowledge on how to make a positive impact in their community, in their professions and in their personal lives. Leadership Grays Harbor has produced over 450 graduates from local businesses, nonprofits and government backgrounds.
The deadline to sign up is Tuesday, December 31st, 2019. Please contact GGHI to learn more by calling 360-532-7888 or emailing Candie Gleason at candie@graysharbor.org.
