Boba, also called bubble tea, is a drink that originated in Taiwan in the 1980s that typically combines tea, milk (or a non-dairy alternative), sweetener, and chewy tapioca pearls. A few of their specialty flavors on rotation include honeydew and matcha strawberry that pair perfectly with a bubble waffle – crispy and golden on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside.
