Each month Greater Grays Harbor, Inc. (GGHI) hosts a Business Forum Lunch (BFL) featuring rotating guest speakers on a wide range of topics relevant to the local business community. This month’s BFL will feature the first County Administrator of Grays Harbor County, Sam Kim, who was appointed on August 5th, 2024.

During the BFL, Kim will have the opportunity to introduce himself to the crowd as well as share details into what his position entails and plans for his time in the role. Kim brings a wealth of experience and a strong commitment to public service, making him an excellent addition to the county’s leadership team.

In his new role, Kim will be responsible for managing the county’s operations, implementing strategic policies, and working closely with the Board of County Commissioners to achieve the county’s goals and enhance service delivery to the community. He will also oversee the coordination of county departments, ensuring efficient and effective governance.
