Greater Grays Harbor, Inc. (GGHI) is proud to host its September Business Forum Lunch, Improving the Health & Well-Being of Grays Harbor, on Tuesday, September 23, from 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM at the Rotary Log Pavilion in Aberdeen.
This month’s forum will bring together three dynamic speakers who will share important updates on public health and county government initiatives impacting the region:
-
Mike McNickle, Director, Grays Harbor County Public Health and Social Services Department
McNickle will highlight the department’s work to strengthen community health and wellness, including efforts to address critical challenges and promote long-term well-being. He will also share the latest developments on the Recompete Program, a region-wide strategic initiative aimed at identifying and addressing barriers to workforce participation among prime-age workers in Grays Harbor. -
Sam Kim, County Administrator, Grays Harbor County & Georgia Miller, District 1 County Commissioner, Grays Harbor County
Kim and Miller will provide updates on county initiatives, priorities, and ways local government is working to support growth, resilience, and quality of life. Kim will also officially introduce the County’s new Chief Operating Officer, while Miller will report on outcomes from the recent Inaugural Grays Harbor County Housing Summit held in late August.
Guests will also enjoy a catered lunch by Kit’s Catering Kitchen, included in the cost of registration. This month’s forum is generously sponsored by Lunch Sponsor, Timberland Bank.
Pre-registration is required for all attendees. Walk-ins and at-the-door payments will not be accepted. To register, visit this link and follow the prompts.
