Olympic Valley Clinic, PLLC is a family nurse practitioner–run primary care private practice located in Elma, Washington. As an independently owned clinic, they provide personalized, relationship-based healthcare for individuals and families throughout the community.
This Primary care private practice offers comprehensive services including chronic disease management, preventive healthcare, weight-loss medicine, and hormone therapy. In addition, they provide DOT physicals and related services for both employers and individual drivers.
Their clinic is built on a private practice model that prioritizes continuity, accessibility, and high-quality care tailored to each patient’s unique needs.
Olympic Valley Clinic is unique because they are a true private practice focused on building long-term relationships with the families they serve. Patients receive personalized, attentive care from a provider who knows them—not a large corporate system. They pride ourselves on caring for multiple generations within the same family and offering a healthcare experience that feels personal, comfortable, and connected.
Ashley Taylor, Family Nurse Practitioner, and her husband Randy Taylor started Olympic Valley Clinic in April of 2023.
This local clinic is also deeply committed to supporting local youth and community health. They volunteer their time to provide free sports physicals for students in both the Elma School District and the Montesano School District. In partnership with the Elma School District, Olympic Valley Clinic also offers well-child visits and basic primary care services to help students access the care they need right where they are.
This combination of relationship-based private practice care and meaningful community service is what makes Olympic Valley Clinic truly special.
Olympic Valley Clinic is owned and operated by Ashley Taylor, a Family Nurse Practitioner with more than a decade of healthcare experience. Ashley has been a licensed Registered Nurse since 2012 and became a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2020.
She began her NP career at Valleyview Healthcare, where she spent her first couple of years serving patients in a rural primary care setting. She later transitioned to working alongside Ken McElroy, PA-C, at the Elma Healthcare Clinic. During her time with Ken, she continued caring for local families, built strong patient relationships, and deepened her commitment to community-based primary care.
When Ken retired, Ashley stepped in to continue caring for his long-standing patient panel. In 2023, she created her own brand and launched Olympic Valley Clinic, PLLC—a private practice centered around personalized care, continuity, and genuine patient-provider relationships. The clinic has been warmly embraced by the community and continues to grow.
Ashley’s goals are to continue providing high-quality, patient-first care while navigating the challenges of the healthcare and insurance systems. She is committed to preserving the values of private practice—where patients feel known, respected, and supported—and to serving families across multiple generations for years to come.
