Greater Grays Harbor, Inc. (GGHI) is excited to welcome new member, Aberdeen Art Center!
The Aberdeen Art Center is an 8,500 sq. ft. facility located at 200 West Market St. that’s dedicated to building a better community by empowering local artists to create, show and sell their art. Current tenants in the facility include:
- Alder Grove Gallery
- Features some of the areas’ most talented artists
- Showcases new exhibits opening every other month

- Harbor Art Guild
- Brings artists together and presents art to the community through projects and guild activities
- Friends of the Aberdeen Museum
- Visit them every First Friday of the month from 5 pm to 8 pm for a photo exhibit featuring our local history, light snacks and beverages served
- Hours: Thursdays & Fridays, 1-4pm

- Mother Crow’s Studio & Gallery
- Artist: Tamara D’Andrea
- Visitors can watch Tamara paint while browsing and purchasing local artists’ work
- Classes are also available

- Leigh’s Custom Framing
- Offering custom mat cutting for unique designs
- Open Wednesday through Saturday
- Located in Suite #3
In addition to the Aberdeen Art Center’s tenants, they also offer classroom space, a meeting room, and common area as well as produce the ever-growing Aberdeen Rain Glow Festival. The 2023 festival is scheduled for July 22nd and is a fantastic opportunity for the whole family to put on a costume and enjoy the sights and sounds of art and light in downtown Aberdeen. Another event that’s regularly produced is their First Friday Art Walks taking place the first Friday of each month featuring live music and art demos from 5pm – 8pm.
New projects are always on the horizon for the Art Center, including their current work building Pollinators Park in front of the Aberdeen Senior Center.
